The 2026 Purse Bingo Attendee Know Before You Go Video is Here!

We’re just over a week away from Hope, Heroes, & Handbags, and our team has put together a quick video to walk you through everything you need to know before the big night!

The Details:

Event Venue The Sheraton Austin Georgetown Hotel & Conference Center at 1101 Woodlawn Ave, Georgetown, TX 78628
Arrival VIP Entry: 4:30 PM Doors Open: 5 PM Bingo Begins: 6 PM Event Ends: Approximately 10 PM No formal check-in this year! Check your seating chart when you arrive and head straight to the ballroom. Everything normally provided at check-in will already be at your table. Online Store Orders: Presale purchases will be available for pickup just outside the ballroom.
Parking Parking is available in the Sheraton garage, but spaces are limited and fill quickly. An additional lot with shuttle service will be available at Film Alley. Carpool and arrive early if possible, especially if you plan to park in the garage.
What to Bring Your phone for photos, Table Theme Competition voting and Hero of Hope voting. Cash for the fastest transactions. Credit cards will also be accepted. Table décor or a themed outfit, if you’re participating in the Table Theme Competition.
What's Included Your ticket includes dinner, two drink tickets, a bingo dauber, one bingo game per round and a special Purse Bingo gift.

No need to worry about the drive home after a night of purses, bingo, and celebrating. The Sheraton Austin Georgetown Hotel & Conference Center is offering Purse Bingo attendees a special group rate of $159/night.

Book by September 9 to take advantage of the group rate.

Open: August 26th through September 9th

Browse this year’s designer purse lineup and pre-purchase additional purse-specific games, a full set of bingo games (online exclusive), Louis Vuitton Raffle tickets, Blackout Bingo games, & more!

You can even purchase games and upgrades as gifts for your tablemates. Orders will be ready for pickup at outside of The Sheraton ballroom, giving you more time to enjoy the event.

Miss the online store? No problem! Additional games and upgrades will still be available for purchase at the event while supplies last.

Table Theme Competition

Bring your table to life and show off your creativity with our Table Theme Competition! While participation is completely optional, this fan-favorite tradition is a fun way to add some extra excitement to your Purse Bingo experience.

From Taylor Swift eras and iconic movie moments to Western themes and everything in between, the possibilities are endless. Whether you go all out or keep it simple, we can’t wait to see how you transform your table!

Over the years, we’ve added a few table decorating guidelines to help ensure every guest can enjoy the event experience. Please review the Table Decorating Guidelines before planning your table theme.

For those planning an elaborate setup, we will offer an early table setup opportunity on September 12th from 12:30-2pm.

Attendees will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite tables throughout the evening, with winning tables receiving exclusive prizes and bragging rights.

Interested in participating? Tables must opt in and submit a photo to be included in the competition. Additional entry details will be shared at the event.

What started as a fun part of our Purse Bingo has grown into something much bigger. Now, in the weeks leading up to Purse Bingo, the Police Chiefs & Sheriff from across Williamson County compete to raise money for children and families impacted by abuse.

Each Chief and Sheriff is rallying their community, raising funds, and earning votes, with the 2026 Hero of Hope crowned at Purse Bingo on September 12!

And you don’t have to attend Purse Bingo to participate. Anyone can vote to support their favorite Hero of Hope.

A New Hero of Hope Tradition: After winning Hero of Hope for the past two years, Chief Banks of the Round Rock Police Department is stepping into a new role this year: MC for the Hero of Hope celebration at Purse Bingo.

We’re excited to begin a new tradition where each year’s Hero of Hope winner has the opportunity to return the following year as the event’s MC.

Hope, Heroes, & Handbags: Designer Purse Bingo is Williamson County Children’s Advocacy Center’s signature annual fundraiser, bringing the community together for an unforgettable evening of bingo, designer handbags, and impact in support of children and families affected by abuse.

What does this event support?

Proceeds from Hope, Heroes, & Handbags directly benefit the Williamson County Children’s Advocacy Center and help provide hope, healing, and justice for children and families impacted by abuse, violence, and exploitation. WCCAC brings together law enforcement, Child Protective Services, medical professionals, and specialized staff in one child-friendly location to reduce trauma and support families through the investigation and healing process. What is included with my ticket?

Your ticket includes dinner, two drink tickets, and one bingo game for each round of bingo. Additional games, upgrades, raffles, and experiences will be available for purchase before and during the event.

When can I arrive?

VIP entry is anticipated to begin around 4:30 PM, with doors opening for general attendees at 5:00 PM and bingo beginning at 6:00 PM. We will share the final event timeline and additional arrival details soon.

For those participating in the Table Theme Competition, an opportunity to set up your table earlier in the day will be available. Additional details about early table setup will be shared on this webpage and via email.

What is the Hero of Hope Competition?

The Hero of Hope Competition is one of the most exciting parts of Purse Bingo, featuring local police chiefs and the Williamson County Sheriff competing for the title of Hero of Hope while raising critical support for children and families served by WCCAC.

Voting begins before event night, and you don’t have to be a Purse Bingo attendee to participate! By sharing Hero of Hope with your friends, family, and community, you can help support these leaders as they compete and make a direct impact for children impacted by abuse. Every dollar raised through Hero of Hope goes directly toward providing hope, healing, and justice for children and families in Williamson County.

We encourage you to start sharing and voting before you arrive!

What is the Table Theme Competition?

If you’re checking out the past event photos, you may notice some creative decor and costumes. Guests are invited to decorate their tables, coordinate outfits, and bring the fun for a chance to win bragging rights and prizes. There is no overarching theme. Participation is completely optional, but it adds to the festive energy of the evening.

How do I enter the Table Theme Competition?

Tables interested in participating must opt in at the beginning of the event and submit a photo of their decorated table. Additional entry instructions will be shared at the event and on this webpage.

What food and beverages are included at the event?

Each ticket includes two drink tickets, with additional beverages available for purchase throughout the evening. Guests will also enjoy a light dinner and snacks served during the event.

Is Blackout Bingo included with my ticket?

No. Blackout Bingo is an additional game available for purchase through the online store and during the event. This special game gives attendees the chance to win a YSL handbag!

What is the online store?

The Purse Bingo Online Store allows attendees to preview this year’s purse lineup and purchase additional games, event upgrades, raffle tickets, and other experiences before arriving. Ordering ahead allows you to skip the lines and have your purchases ready for pickup before the event in our pre-event space.

A few items are exclusive to the online store, so we recommend checking it out before event day!

Can I purchase additional games or raffle tickets at the event?

Yes! Additional games, raffle tickets, and select upgrades will be available for purchase during the event while supplies last. However, ordering through the online store helps minimize wait times and allows you to spend more time enjoying the event. We recommend checking out the online store ahead of time for the best selection.

If you plan to make purchases during the event, cash will help make transactions as quick and easy as possible. Credit cards will also be accepted.
